The rates given above are base rates, special options or usage may increase the daily or monthly cost.
1/2 day rates apply only when the vehicle is picked up and returned within 4 hours while Transportation Services is open.
Reservation Cancellation: In order to avoid a minimum charge, vehicle reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled dispatch.
All rentals begin at time vehicle is dispatched, unless previous delayed start arrangements have been made for pick up after 4:00 PM on the final business day prior to start of travel.
Weekend or delayed start of travel rental charges are not available for Mini Vans or 12 Passenger Van rentals.
Monthly rentals picked up or returned during the month are billed at the daily rate not to exceed the monthly rate. Winter Storage rates are mileage only rates based on the average rental cost April 1 - September 30.
