Mileage Entry Options Daily Mileage e-Log
The Daily Mileage e-Log can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the fuel card sleeve, or by accessing the webpage. Using the daily e-Log system allows users to meet state statute without entering in end of month odometer readings, days use, and needing to keep paper mileage logs for 2 years.
Monthly Paper Log
Paper Mileage log entries must be made between the 1st and 7th of each month, and paper copies stored for 2 years.
